The committee has no time for a message today. They are trying to determine
whether the bail out is a good plan, whether or not to allow the Treasury to
become an authoritative entity, and whether or not to back Senator Obama's
plan for financial security, or Senator McCain's. However, they did ask
that anyone who does know what today will look like, send word to the
Decider, so that he can, in turn, pass the word back on to the staff.
