Greetings;

The committee met last night in a closed session to determine what today is
going to look like. As you can all see, it is going to look wet. However,
this rain will be delivering a special "rejuvenating" quality that will make
the week end with a particularly cheery outlook. While it may seem dreary
and dismal to some, it is actually quietly and subtly refreshing every cell
and atom in your being. (This may or may not be related to the proton
smashing going on beneath the French and Swiss border; it's too early to
tell on that score.)

So, to conclude, please be aware of the ineffable aura surrounding our
building today; it may be intangible, but it is nonetheless very real
indeed.
